A) You study in residence at any school, conservatory, music school, with a private instructor or a similar recognized institution.
B) You are enrolled in a music-related online course.
C) You teach music (part-time or full-time) in residence at a music school, conservatory, university, or similar institutions.
As a student, you don't need to be studying music or media to qualify, and there's no age limit as well.
As a teacher, you are eligible if you are on both permanent or temporary contracts.
